Natasha Meineck, LMT
FL MA # 102877
Services Provided: Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue Massage
Natasha, a recent graduate of the massage program at Manatee Technical College, began her professional health journey when working as a classical actor for 14 years extensively touring throughout the world. Out of necessity, she learned that consuming the right nutrients and practicing yoga allowed her to live at a high-functioning pace. Since then, she’s become a 500-hour certified yoga instructor (teaching since 2011) and a nutritional therapist.
Her real love of yoga and massage grew out of times of deep tension, when no pills, potions, pins, pressure (or pain!) seemed to bring any respite. For her, an integration of yoga, bodywork and introspection did. Natasha is currently becoming certified in a form of myofascial release called Residual Strain Therapy (a method for releasing long held fascial adhesions).
She is very happy and grateful to be working with Massage Therapy Connections.
