Leah is dedicated to helping others feel and live their best lives by utilizing her passion for stress management and mental health. She graduated from Sarasota School of Massage Therapy in January of 2018. She has also added Sound Therapy to her practice with the completion of her Level 1 Integral Sound Healing Certification in January of 2023 through the international Sound Healing Academy. Leah is currently working on completing her Level 2 Certification.
Leah’s massage style is quite unique in that she aims to not only release muscle tension but to also slow down the nervous system and overactive brainwaves of her clients. This creates an environment for a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience. When our nervous system is allowed to calm down, it sends a message to the brain that our bodies can begin to recover. Our internal organs begin to function properly, diseased cells begin to heal, our heartbeat is steady and healthy, and our minds truly get a peaceful break from the mental chatter. Everyone can benefit from this method of massage, especially clients who deal with hyperactivity, anxiety, stress, and insomnia. Leah is able to enhance all of her massage services with this methodical approach.
In her free time, Leah enjoys tending to her vegetable and flower garden, collecting gems and minerals, bird watching, crafting, spending quality time with her husband and her corgi Lilly, and living her most vibrant life through several self-care practices including massage and acupuncture. Leah is also a lifelong student and is constantly learning about new subjects. Her current educational pursuits include sound therapy, herbalism, and the relationship between mental psychology and the physical human body. She is also a born and raised Florida native who likes to get out and experience the sunshine with kayaking, bike rides, and nature walks

Erica moved to Sarasota, FL in 2011 and hasn’t looked back since. After a few different attempts at careers, in the fall of 2020 she enrolled at Manatee Technical College in Bradenton, FL, graduating in 2021, with an A average and an induction into the National Honors Society.
Erica prides herself on her drive and passion for learning. A week after gaining her Massage license, she took the practitioner seminar for Modern Cupping Therapy, which relies more on the movement of silicon or vacuum cups rather than those that are stagnant. Through this course, she received certification for generalized practice, scar tissue removal, and lymphatic draining cupping.
A few months later, she took the introduction course for John Barn Myofascial Release and was intrigued. To date, she’s taken three different myofascial release courses which greatly enhance her practice.
She also loves to continue her studies independently, taking online courses through the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals and combing through YouTube to find different techniques she can utilize in her sessions. Ultimately, Erica believes that each body has a unique need in each session and does her best to accommodate whatever her client needs.
Outside of her room, Erica can be found in the kitchen making delicious and healthy meals, at the gym, or on her couch enjoying either YouTube or a good book. She loves being outside and finds that attending meditation retreats occasionally help not only her mental well-being but also enhance her ability to practice her craft.
