Functional Integrative Sessions are customized sessions that address your entire body’s specific needs through functional movement in addition to hands on manual/massage therapy. This amazing work provides getting to the root of acute, chronic pain and/or dysfunction allowing the body to actually fully heal and function optimally. It is offered exclusively by Apryl Perez LMT.
The first session always includes a full body assessment and plan for the client. Each session is different depending on the body’s need. Like finding the right combination to unlock a lock, F.I. accesses, activates and reboots the body’s soft tissue, movement patterns, the brain and nervous system with healthy new patterns. This then provides optimal freedom and comfort in the body without constant nagging pain.
